Ta’ Karlu is a working sheep farm in Wardija that opens its rhythm to a few guests at a time. The site begins the way a visit does, with the gate swinging open in the late light, then follows the ritual from flock to milk to cheese to table, before you choose your visit and taste the farm’s deli.
